Overview

NX-CP105 is an allogeneic cell therapy product consisting of human adult bone marrow-derived somatic cells (hABM-SC). Developed by Neuronyx, Inc., the therapy was designed to treat patients who have recently suffered an acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The treatment involves the direct delivery of these somatic cells into the heart muscle via endomyocardial injection, with the goal of promoting tissue repair and improving cardiac function following injury. Clinical development reached Phase 1 testing but was subsequently terminated.
