NX786 is a preclinical-stage small molecule drug candidate developed by Noxopharm Limited for the treatment of brain cancers, including glioblastoma and low-grade/high-grade gliomas. Chemically described as an idronoxil-conjugated benzopyran compound, NX786 is designed to target and inhibit fundamental hallmarks of malignancy such as tumor cell proliferation and invasion.
