Overview
NXI-401 is a fully human monoclonal antibody developed by NEX-I that targets ONCOKINE-4, a novel cancer-secreted factor identified through the company's proprietary platform. ONCOKINE-4 is implicated in promoting tumor progression and facilitating immune evasion within the tumor microenvironment of various solid tumors. By neutralizing ONCOKINE-4, NXI-401 aims to inhibit tumor growth and restore anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of ONCOKINE-4-expressing malignancies, with primary focus areas including renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and urothelial carcinoma.
