NXI-S301 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by NEX-I for the treatment of solid tumors. Discovered using the company's proprietary SMRT (Sequential Monitoring of Resistance to Targeted therapy) platform, NXI-S301 targets a specific tumor surface epitope associated with immunosuppressive and standard-of-care (SoC)-resistant tumor microenvironments.
