Overview

NXV01c is an EGFR × cMET bispecific nanobody drug conjugate (NDC) developed by neoX Biotech. It consists of a bispecific nanobody (NXV01) targeting both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the hepatocyte growth factor receptor (cMET), conjugated to the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a cleavable valine-citrulline dipeptide linker. The drug is designed to simultaneously inhibit EGFR and cMET signaling while delivering a potent microtubule-disrupting agent directly to tumor cells co-expressing these targets. In preclinical studies, NXV01c demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity in various cancer models, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), gastric, esophageal, and liver cancers, with favorable stability and selectivity.
