Overview

NY-703 is an investigational targeted alpha therapy (TAT) being developed by NAYA Therapeutics for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), specifically targeting residual disease and metastasis. It consists of a GPC3-targeting antibody fragment, F(ab')2, conjugated to the alpha-emitting radioisotope astatine-211 (²¹¹At) via a proprietary linker optimized through the SPICE platform. By targeting glypican-3 (GPC3), a protein highly expressed on HCC cells, NY-703 delivers high-energy alpha particles directly to tumor sites, causing lethal double-strand DNA breaks while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue. The therapy is designed to address the high relapse rates in HCC patients by eliminating minimal residual disease and metastatic clusters.
