NY-738

NY-738 is an Astatine-211 (²¹¹At) labeled targeted alpha therapy (TAT) being developed by NAYA Therapeutics for the treatment of Multiple Myeloma, specifically targeting Minimal Residual Disease (MRD). As a radiopharmaceutical, NY-738 delivers high-energy alpha particles directly to myeloma cells. These alpha particles have a short path length in tissue (typically 50-100 µm), which allows for highly localized cell killing through the induction of complex double-strand DNA breaks, minimizing collateral damage to surrounding healthy bone marrow. The program has received IND approval and is entering Phase 1/2 clinical trials, with initial clinical data expected in the first half of 2026.
