NZV930 + PDR001 is an investigational combination therapy for advanced cancers. **NZV930** is a monoclonal antibody targeting the CD73 enzyme to inhibit adenosine-mediated immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. **PDR001**, also known as **spartalizumab**, is a monoclonal antibody PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor that blocks the programmed death-1 (PD-1) pathway, enabling immune-mediated tumor cell killing. The combination is designed to block two mechanisms of tumor immune escape: adenosine-driven immunosuppression (via CD73 inhibition) and PD-1-mediated T-cell inactivation (via PD-1 inhibition). This combination was studied in phase I/Ib trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, renal cell cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, and colorectal cancer.
