Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OBI-904 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by OBI Pharma. It targets Nectin-4, a cell adhesion molecule overexpressed in various solid tumors. The ADC uses a topoisomerase I inhibitor as its cytotoxic payload and is constructed using OBI Pharma’s proprietary GlycOBI platform, which enables site-specific glycan-based conjugation for improved stability and hydrophilicity. Preclinical studies have shown that OBI-904 maintains stability and avoids antibody aggregation in animal models. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of solid tumors and remains in preclinical development as of May 2025[1][3][4].
