OBI-904

OBI-904 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by OBI Pharma. It targets Nectin-4, a cell adhesion molecule overexpressed in various solid tumors. The ADC uses a topoisomerase I inhibitor as its cytotoxic payload and is constructed using OBI Pharma’s proprietary GlycOBI platform, which enables site-specific glycan-based conjugation for improved stability and hydrophilicity. Preclinical studies have shown that OBI-904 maintains stability and avoids antibody aggregation in animal models.
