Overview

**OBP-004** is a highly potent and selective small-molecule dual inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9) and CDK13 developed by OncoBone Therapeutics. It demonstrates strong preclinical efficacy in reducing metastatic tumor burden, particularly bone metastases from triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), as well as brain, lung, and lymph node metastases in vivo models. OBP-004 also decreases cancer-induced bone loss and bone pain, addressing key unmet needs in bone metastatic disease.[1][2][4][5][8][10][13]
