Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Obrindatamab is a humanized bispecific antibody (DART protein) developed by MacroGenics for the treatment of cancer. It simultaneously targets B7-H3 (CD276) on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells. By binding to both antigens, obrindatamab redirects cytotoxic T lymphocytes to attack and kill B7-H3-expressing cancer cells through antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and T-cell activation. The drug was primarily investigated in solid tumors but its development has been discontinued[1][2][3][5].
