Obrindatamab + retifanlimab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two distinct monoclonal antibodies, each with complementary mechanisms of action for cancer immunotherapy. Obrindatamab (also known as IGM-2323) is a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 and CD3, designed to redirect T cells to selectively eliminate CD20-expressing malignant B cells, commonly studied for B-cell malignancies. Retifanlimab is a monoclonal antibody that acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), thus enabling T-cell-mediated immune responses against tumors. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by simultaneously promoting T-cell engagement with tumor cells (obrindatamab) and relieving T-cell inhibition (retifanlimab). This combination is being evaluated in clinical settings for hematologic malignancies and potentially for solid tumors.
