Overview

Obrixtamig is a bispecific T-cell engager antibody that targets both delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), a tumor-associated antigen highly expressed in certain neuroendocrine tumors and small cell lung cancer (SCLC), and CD3 on cytotoxic T lymphocytes. By binding to DLL3 on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, obrixtamig redirects the immune system to recognize and kill DLL3-expressing cancer cells through immunologic cytotoxicity. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of SCLC, extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinomas (epNEC), large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung (LCNEC-L), glioma, and other neuroendocrine carcinomas. Obrixtamig has received orphan drug designation for SCLC and is administered intravenously[1][2][5][7][8].
