Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OBX-115 is an engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy developed by Obsidian Therapeutics. It is designed to treat checkpoint inhibitor-resistant metastatic melanoma and other solid tumors. OBX-115 utilizes a pharmacologically regulatable membrane-bound IL-15 (mbIL15) system, eliminating the need for co-administration of interleukin-2 (IL2), which is typically required in traditional TIL therapies. This approach aims to improve safety and efficacy by enhancing antitumor activity and persistence of the TIL cells.
