OC-001

OC-001 is an experimental immunotherapy drug being developed for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including a range of cancers such as renal cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer, sarcoma, triple negative breast cancer, and others. It is a monoclonal antibody that targets tumor necrosis factor (TNF), acting as a TNF inhibitor to prevent inflammation and potentially enhance anti-cancer immune responses. OC-001 is being evaluated both as monotherapy and in combination with PD-L1 inhibitors (such as avelumab) in ongoing phase 1/2 clinical trials. The drug is administered intravenously[1][2][3][5].
