OC-2 is a bispecific CAR-T cell therapy developed by OneChain Immunotherapeutics for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The therapy is engineered to target CD22, a pan-B cell marker that remains expressed in both CD19-positive and CD19-negative relapses, making it a viable alternative for patients who have failed CD19-targeted therapies. By utilizing a bispecific CAR design, OC-2 aims to induce targeted T-cell cytotoxicity and overcome antigen escape mechanisms that frequently lead to treatment failure in B-ALL. The therapy is currently in preclinical development and is intended to serve as a salvage option for patients ineligible for or failing autologous stem cell transplantation.
