**OC-DC** is an individualized autologous dendritic-cell therapeutic cancer vaccine for ovarian malignancies. It is manufactured from a patient's monocytes differentiated into dendritic cells, loaded ex vivo with lysate from that patient's hypochlorous acid-oxidized tumor cells, matured, cryopreserved in single-use doses, and administered as a cellular vaccine. The product is intended to promote broad presentation of patient-specific tumor antigens and induce antitumor T-cell immunity rather than target one fixed antigen. OC-DC has been evaluated in recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers, including intranodal and intradermal vaccination approaches, and was proposed in a phase I/II high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma program.
