**OC125-PGA-CMA** is an experimental, CA-125-targeted photoimmunoconjugate developed for photodynamic treatment of ovarian cancer. It consists of the murine anti-CA-125 monoclonal antibody OC125 site-specifically coupled through a polyglutamic acid carrier to the chlorin photosensitizer chlorin e6-monoethylenediamine monoamide. Following intraperitoneal administration and illumination with activating light, the conjugate selectively accumulates in CA-125-positive ovarian tumor cells and the chlorin payload produces phototoxic oxidative damage. In a murine NIH:OVCAR3 ascites model, it achieved greater tumor photosensitizer concentrations than free photosensitizer and reduced viable tumor cells after photodynamic therapy, although single higher-dose light treatments produced substantial toxicity.
