Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OC202e is an AI-driven therapeutic candidate developed by Oncocross Co., Ltd. for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. It is designed to enhance the efficacy of standard chemotherapy regimens, such as FOLFIRINOX, by modulating the hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha (HIF-1α) and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-stemness axis. By targeting these pathways, OC202e aims to suppress tumor metastasis and overcome multidrug resistance. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that OC202e, particularly when used in combination with OC201, reduces the expression of stemness markers like CD44 and Flotillin-2, thereby decreasing clonogenic potential and metastatic burden in pancreatic cancer models.
