**OC514** is an orally administered investigational fixed-dose combination product developed by Oncocross for cancer cachexia and sarcopenia. It contains two active pharmaceutical ingredients, but their identities and molecular targets have not been publicly disclosed. The intended pharmacologic effect is prevention or reduction of skeletal-muscle mass and strength loss associated with cachexia and sarcopenia. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 1 study in healthy adults was completed in Australia.
