Overview

OCB-30 is an oral dosage form, sanglifehrin-based cyclophilin inhibitor that was being developed for the treatment of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. It was initially developed by Arbutus Inc. (later Arbutus Biopharma) and licensed to NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB for further development, manufacturing, and commercialization. However, Arbutus discontinued its development program for OCB-30 in 2015, and the license agreement with NeuroVive was terminated in 2016.
