OCD155

OCD155 is an investigational small‑molecule anticancer agent being developed by Oncodrone that targets the epithelial‑to‑mesenchymal transition (EMT) program to inhibit tumor progression and metastasis. Preclinical in vivo studies have shown that OCD155 can block EMT, reduce tumor burden, and limit the ability of advanced carcinomas to spread, supporting its potential use in metastatic prostate, breast, lung and pancreatic cancers.[1][3][5] With support from a Eurostars grant, the program is in preclinical development aimed at enabling first‑in‑human trials and at further elucidating its EMT‑modulating mechanism of action.[1][3][5]
