Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OCDC vaccine + NeoDC vaccine is a combination of two investigational therapeutic cancer vaccines developed by Sichuan University. Both components are dendritic cell (DC)-based vaccines designed to stimulate the immune system against tumor antigens. The "OCDC" and "NeoDC" vaccines utilize patient-derived dendritic cells pulsed with tumor antigens or personalized neoantigens to induce a targeted anti-tumor immune response. This approach aims to enhance the presentation of tumor-specific antigens to T cells, thereby promoting an effective cytotoxic response against cancer cells. The combination has been studied in various solid tumors including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (locally advanced and unresectable), bladder cancer, melanoma, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, stomach cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer[1].
