Overview

OCNR-200 is a preclinical-stage, dual-targeting small molecule therapeutic candidate being developed by Onconic Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously induce synthetic lethality through the DNA damage response (DDR) pathway and promote immune cell activation, offering a novel approach to overcoming resistance associated with conventional single-target DNA repair inhibitors.
