Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OCNR-300 is an early-stage, preclinical small molecule drug candidate being developed by Onconic Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed as a dual-targeted agent that exploits synthetic lethality by targeting the DNA damage response (DDR) pathway. Currently in the proof-of-concept (PoC) and hit-to-lead generation phase, OCNR-300 aims to address resistance to conventional PARP inhibitors and selectively induce cancer cell death.
