Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ocuvers Hyaluron is a preservative-free, liposomal eye spray formulated to relieve symptoms of dry eye syndrome. It contains 0.1% high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) and a phospholipid complex (soy lecithin), delivered in an isotonic borate-buffered solution at pH 7.2. The spray is applied to closed eyelids, where the liposomes stabilize the lipid layer of the tear film and hyaluronic acid provides hydration by binding water on the ocular surface. This dual action helps reduce tear evaporation and replenish moisture, offering long-lasting relief from dryness, irritation, burning sensations, and discomfort associated with contact lens wear or environmental factors such as air conditioning or screen use. The product is suitable for all types of contact lens wearers and can be used multiple times daily[1][2][3][4][5][6].
