OCV-C02 is an investigational, HLA-A*24:02-restricted **bivalent peptide cancer vaccine** for advanced or relapsed colorectal cancer. It contains the tumor-associated antigen peptides RNF43-721 (NSQPVWLCL), derived from ring finger protein 43, and TOMM34-299 (KLRQEVKQNL), derived from translocase of outer mitochondrial membrane 34. Administered subcutaneously with Montanide ISA 51 VG, it is intended to induce antigen-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses against colorectal cancer cells expressing RNF43 and/or TOMM34. In a 24-patient phase 1 dose-escalation study in chemotherapy-refractory metastatic colorectal cancer, no dose-limiting toxicities occurred at 0.3-6 mg per body; stable disease was observed in six patients, without objective responses.
