Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OD-00910 is a monospecific tetravalent V-body Fc fusion protein designed to selectively agonize tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFR2) on regulatory T cells (Treg). TNFR2 is highly expressed on Treg cells with limited expression on other cell types. By agonizing TNFR2, OD-00910 aims to increase the number of Tregs, enhance their immunosuppressive function and tissue homing, and help them maintain a stable immunosuppressive phenotype. This mechanism is intended to reduce inflammation and address immune dysregulation in diseases such as type 1 diabetes mellitus, systemic lupus erythematosus, and vitiligo. The drug was developed by Odyssey Therapeutics and remains in preclinical development[1][2][3].
