ODC-TARGET B is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Trutino Biosciences for the treatment of solid tumors. The candidate is engineered using Trutino's proprietary On-Demand Cytokine (ODC) platform, which is designed to deliver potent immune-stimulating signals specifically to the tumor microenvironment. The "ODC" approach involves masking the therapeutic payload—typically a cytokine—to prevent systemic activation and associated toxicities. Upon reaching the tumor site via the targeting antibody directed at the undisclosed "Target B," the payload is locally activated to stimulate a robust anti-tumor immune response.
