Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ODC-TARGET D is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Trutino Biosciences for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate utilizes Trutino's proprietary On-Demand Cytokine (ODC) platform, which features a cytokine payload (such as IL-2 or IL-12) that is masked to prevent systemic activity and is specifically activated within the tumor microenvironment. By conjugating this ODC technology to an antibody targeting an undisclosed antigen (referred to as Target D), the drug aims to provide targeted delivery and localized immune activation, potentially improving the therapeutic window compared to systemic cytokine therapies.
