Overview

**Odc1MHCI-P30** is an experimental conjoined peptide neoantigen vaccine developed at Duke University for glioblastoma. It links an MHC class I-restricted neoepitope derived from ornithine decarboxylase 1 with the universal CD4 T-cell helper epitope P30 in a single peptide construct. In syngeneic murine glioblastoma models, the conjoined construct induced interferon-gamma-secreting immune responses and antitumor activity; combining vaccination with an anti-CD27 agonist further enhanced immune activity and long-term survival. It is a preclinical therapeutic cancer-vaccine construct and has no assigned INN or marketed brand name.
