Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ODI-2001** is Odimma Therapeutics' personalized, multi-component cancer immunotherapy for advanced colorectal and pancreatic cancers. It combines patient-specific synthetic DNA encoding multiple tumor neoantigens, a Modified Vaccinia Ankara viral vector that acts as a DNA carrier and immunologic adjuvant, and the CTLA-4 checkpoint inhibitor ipilimumab to amplify T-cell priming and antitumor immune responses. ODI-2001 is being evaluated in a first-in-human Phase 1 study in metastatic or locally advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancer. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07587827))
