Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Odronextamab + cemiplimab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of **odronextamab**, a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells (enabling T-cell mediated B-cell cytotoxicity), and **cemiplimab**, a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-1, blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway to reduce T-cell exhaustion. This combination is being developed primarily for relapsed/refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), aiming to enhance anti-tumor efficacy by dual immune activation and checkpoint blockade. Both drugs are developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and are currently in phase 1 clinical development for aggressive B-NHL.
