Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Odronextamab + CHOP is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for untreated or relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma. Odronextamab is a CD20×CD3 bispecific monoclonal antibody that redirects T cells to trigger cytotoxicity of malignant B cells by binding CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. CHOP is a standard chemotherapy regimen that includes cyclophosphamide (alkylating agent), doxorubicin (DNA intercalating agent), vincristine (mitotic inhibitor), and prednisone (corticosteroid). The combination aims to synergistically enhance antitumor responses: CHOP provides cytotoxic chemotherapy, while odronextamab engages T cells for targeted cell killing through immunotherapy mechanisms. Clinical trials are evaluating safety and efficacy, especially in high-risk, previously untreated patients and those with relapsed/refractory disease[1][5][3].
