Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ODS025 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed through a collaboration between Aimed Bio and GeneQuantum Healthcare. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target an undisclosed antigen expressed in various solid tumors, including lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer. ODS025 utilizes GeneQuantum's proprietary site-specific conjugation technology (iGDC) to attach a cytotoxic payload to a monoclonal antibody, a method intended to enhance stability and broaden the therapeutic window compared to traditional non-specific conjugation methods. The program is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation to support potential future clinical trial applications.
