OK-113 is an investigational ophthalmic anti-inflammatory drug candidate from OKYO Pharma being developed primarily for dry eye disease and other ocular inflammatory disorders. Publicly available company and pipeline materials describe it as a proprietary chemerin receptor agonist acting on a G protein-coupled receptor pathway to reduce ocular surface inflammation; in preclinical mouse models of dry eye disease, topical eye-drop administration reduced corneal permeability and other inflammatory signs. The program appears to have remained in the preclinical stage, with reported interest in dry eye disease and related eye disorders such as allergic conjunctivitis and uveitis.
