Overview
**OKG-0303** is an investigational, fixed-dose triple-active ophthalmic solution developed by Okogen for **acute infectious conjunctivitis**, including both viral and bacterial pink eye. The product combines ranpirnase, a proprietary host-directed antiviral ribonuclease previously developed as OKG-0301, with an ocular decongestant and an antibacterial agent. Ranpirnase degrades intracellular RNA involved in protein synthesis, limiting viral-protein production and viral replication; the additional components are intended to reduce conjunctival hyperemia and discharge and provide antibacterial coverage. OKG-0303 has been evaluated in a Phase 2b development program in India.
