Okoubaka aubrevillei C12

Okoubaka aubrevillei C12 is a homeopathic preparation derived from the bark of the West African tree *Okoubaka aubrevillei*. It is prepared according to the Hahnemannian method at a C12 potency, which represents a 1:10^24 dilution, and is formulated as sucrose globules. The preparation was the subject of a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 1 trial (HAMSV) conducted by Charite University, Berlin, to investigate characteristic proving symptoms in healthy volunteers. While traditionally used in homeopathy for gastrointestinal conditions such as food poisoning and dyspepsia, it has also been researched for its potential in managing chemotherapy-related side effects in oncology patients.
