Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OL TL1 is a small molecule therapeutic developed by Oleolive that targets TROY (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 19). It is specifically designed for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM). The drug's mechanism of action involves targeting TROY to sensitize GBM tumors to standard-of-care treatments, including radiotherapy and the chemotherapy agent temozolomide. By modulating TROY signaling, OL TL1 aims to overcome treatment resistance in aggressive brain tumors. It is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
