This is a combination of seven PARP inhibitors (olaparib, rucaparib, niraparib, talazoparib, veliparib, pamiparib, and fluzoparib). PARP inhibitors work by blocking DNA repair mechanisms in cancer cells, particularly those with deficiencies in homologous recombination repair such as BRCA1/2 mutations. They have varying potencies for PARP trapping, with talazoparib being the most potent, followed by niraparib, olaparib, and rucaparib. These drugs are primarily used in the treatment of ovarian, breast, and pancreatic cancers.
