Oleclumab blocks CD73, suppressing tumor adenosine-mediated immune evasion; durvalumab blocks PD-L1, enhancing anti-tumor T-cell activity; mFOLFOX impairs DNA synthesis and causes cytotoxicity in rapidly dividing cells[7]. The combination aims to synergize chemotherapy’s cytotoxic effects with immune-mediated anti-tumor activity.
