OLIM-01

**OLIM-01** is a bifunctional antisense oligonucleotide immunotherapy developed by Olimmune (acquired by Scopus BioPharma) for treatment-resistant and metastatic cancers. It combines a CpG motif for TLR9 agonism to stimulate innate immunity with an antisense oligonucleotide targeting **STAT3** (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3), inhibiting its expression in tolerogenic myeloid cells to disrupt immunosuppressive signaling and enhance antitumor immunity. The lead program targets **genitourinary cancers** (e.g., bladder, renal cell carcinoma) and **head and neck cancers**, with anticipated IND filings and preclinical data supporting myeloid-cell targeted disruption of tolerogenic pathways.[2][4][7][10][16][20][22]
