Oliver Twist pellets

Oliver Twist pellets are a brand of smokeless chewing tobacco products manufactured by House of Oliver Twist in Odense, Denmark. These small cylindrical pellets (about 1 cm by 0.5 cm) are made from whole tobacco leaves and flavored with various natural ingredients such as licorice or fruit extracts. The product is designed to be placed between the cheek and gum for slow nicotine release through the oral mucosa; it is not intended to be chewed or swallowed. Each pellet contains approximately 5.5 mg of naturally occurring nicotine and a small amount of sugar (0.04 g per pellet). The product is spitless and does not produce tar since it is not burned[1][4]. Flavors include Royal (licorice), Nordic (mint), Sunberry (blackcurrant), Eucalyptus, Citrus, Wintergreen, Arctic, Bergamot, Original (sweet licorice), Black (salmiak liquorice), and Tropical (anise)[4][9]. The manufacturing process uses hand-selected American tobacco leaves that are spun manually into strands before being cut into uniform pieces[3].
