Olmesartan medoxomil + hydrochlorothiazide is a fixed-dose combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It combines two active ingredients: - Olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), which works by selectively blocking the binding of angiotensin II to the Angiotensin II receptor type 1 (AT1) in vascular smooth muscle.
