GSP 301 (Ryaltris) is a fixed-dose combination nasal spray containing olopatadine hydrochloride, a histamine H1-receptor antagonist, and mometasone furoate, a synthetic corticosteroid. Developed by Glenmark Specialty, it is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR) and perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR) in patients 12 years of age and older. Olopatadine works by blocking the action of histamine at the H1 receptor, while mometasone furoate exerts potent anti-inflammatory effects by binding to glucocorticoid receptors.
