OLX-07010

OLX-07010 is an oral, small molecule inhibitor of tau self-association developed by Oligomerix for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases characterized by abnormal tau protein aggregation. The drug specifically targets the initial step in the tau aggregation cascade, aiming to prevent or reduce the formation of toxic tau oligomers and tangles implicated in Alzheimer’s disease (AD), progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), frontotemporal dementia (FTD), and mild cognitive impairment.
