OlyCAR-019

OlyCAR-019 is an autologous anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by the 920th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China. The therapy is manufactured using the OlyCAR platform, a novel system designed to generate clinical-grade CAR-T cells in a significantly reduced timeframe compared to traditional methods. OlyCAR-019 specifically targets CD19, a B-lymphocyte antigen expressed on the surface of most B-cell malignancies. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, including B-cell leukemia and B-cell lymphoma, where it is administered via intravenous infusion to induce targeted cytotoxicity against malignant B-cells.
