**Omaveloxolone + nivolumab** is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated primarily for unresectable or metastatic melanoma and other advanced solid tumors. **Omaveloxolone** is a second-generation synthetic oleanane triterpenoid that activates Nrf2, leading to upregulation of antioxidant and cytoprotective genes, targeting oxidative stress and inflammatory pathways[4][5]. **Nivolumab** is a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor that blocks PD-1, enhancing T cell–mediated immune responses against tumors[2][4][6].
