Overview

OMO-103 is an investigational intravenous **MYC inhibitor** being developed by Peptomyc for advanced solid tumors. It is a **biologic miniprotein** composed of a 91-amino acid Omomyc-derived peptide that acts as a dominant-negative inhibitor of the MYC oncogenic transcription factor network, interfering with MYC-driven transcriptional programs that support tumor proliferation and survival. The program originated from work at the Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology, and early clinical data have shown a manageable safety profile, mainly low-grade infusion-related reactions, with preliminary signs of disease stabilization in heavily pretreated patients. OMO-103 is being explored in solid tumors including metastatic pancreatic cancer and osteosarcoma.
