Overview

OMP-305B83 + FOLFOX is a combination of a humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody (navicixizumab, OMP-305B83) and a chemotherapy regimen (FOLFOX: folinic acid, fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin). OMP-305B83 (navicixizumab) targets two receptors: *delta-like ligand 4 (DLL4)* and *vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)*, thereby blocking tumor angiogenesis and cancer stem cell growth[2][7][8]. FOLFOX is a standard chemotherapy protocol disrupting DNA synthesis through synergistic effects of its three components[9]. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by simultaneously targeting angiogenesis and cytotoxic pathways. It is being studied in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer and other solid tumors refractory to standard therapy[1][3][2].
